Lara Dutta, the first Miss Universe of the new millennium was born on April 16, 1978 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Here father is Wing Commander L.K. Dutta (retired) and her mother is Jennifer Puddi. She also has two older sisters, one of whom served in the Indian Air Force and a well known younger sister. Famed composer and DJ Nitin Sawhney is Dutta's cousin.In 1981 the Dutta family re-located two Bangalore, where Lara was enrolled in St. Francis Xavier Girls' High School where she studied till 10th here and later did here 11th and 12th at the Frank Anthony Public School. After graduating from school, she then went on to earn a degree in Economics from Bombay University. She is fluent in both Hindi and English.
At the age of 16 she left here home from bangalore two come to mumbai and realize dreams here. Before Miss universe she was a successful print and ramp model.It is not a secret that Bollywood beauty Lara Dutta is a beauty with brains.
